All prices are calculated per ONE hour.
The minimum duration of tour is 4 hours.
Entrance fees are NOT included in the price.
Discounts
Reservation in advance - 5% discount
Reservation of transfer and tour or country trip - 5% discount
Reservation of 2 and more tours or trips - 10% discount
Returning customers - 10% discount
Student groups - 10% discount
Payment is required in advance in total.
Or we charge a deposit 50% of total price that is required for reservation in advance.
Payment & Cancellation
Payment:
All orders must be paid in full at the time of realization.
If you prefer order by mail, the following information are required:
Credit card type, a number, an expiry date, a CW code (imprinted on the back of a credit
card), the name and an address of card holder.
After the confirmation of payment by the bank, we will send you the invoice by fax.

Following Cancellation Fees will be charged:
if cancelled 1 day before order realization: 100% of the price
if cancelled 1 week before order realization: 75% of the price
if cancelled 2 weeks before order realization: 50% of the price
if cancelled after the order : 10% of the price
We will use all reasonable endeavors to deliver our tours however we cannot be held
responsible for interventions beyond our control that may cause us to alter a tour without
notice.
