DAY 1
Nelahozeves castle
This castle has returned to the private ownership of the Lobkowicz family. There is the permanent exhibition entitled Private Spaces: A Noble Family at Home. The village is the birthplace of renowned composer Antonin Dvorak. It is open every day except Mondays.

Terezin concentration camp
The town Terezin concentration camp with its museums, secret prayer room, the Jewish cemetery, columbarium and crematorium and the Small Fortress political prison, used during World War II, remind us of the sad part of European history. It is open every day. The crematorium is closed on Saturdays.

Ustek medieval town
The medieval town built on the rocky hill, partly cut in the sandstone rock, attracted many movie makers. It is one of the center of the hop making. The synagogue survived in the town.

Litomerice medieval town

Krusovice brewery
We invite you to join us on a sightseeing tour of the Krusovice brewery where you will learn how this famous Czech beer is made and enjoy a taste of the product. It is one of the oldest breweries in CR, dating back to 1581.

Nizbor glassworks
We can take you to the factory that produces mainly hand cut glass, Bohemian crystal or lead glass cut to many designs, from simple to very elaborate decorations. See the great work on your own.

Krivoklat castle
This castle built in 1109 is hidden in the middle of the mixed woodland protected by UNESCO. It was the residence of the spouse of the Emperor Charles IV that, to please her, let many nightingales collect in the local forest to sing for her. There was imprisoned the English alchemist Edward Kelley, that promised to prepare the “Elixir of Life” for the Emperor Rudolph II. A historical exposition along with late Gothic paintings and sculptures is on display inside.

Marianske Lazne spa
This spa also called Mariensbad dates back to the end of the 18th century. It is the place where Johan Wolfgang Goethe met his last love, 17 years old Ulrika von Levetzow. It is the center of the porcelain production.

Tepla monastery
Norbertine (Premonstrates) Abbey in Tepla was founded in the late 12th century. Comprising over 100,000 volumes, the abbey´s library is the second largest in the Ctech Republic and is a treasury of scientific information for researches. The abbey is closed in January. A combination with marianske Lazne spa or Becov castle (Shrine of St. Maurus) is available.

Horsovsky Tyn
Originally episcopal castle founded in 1st half of 13th century. Destroyed by a big fire in 1547, rebuilt into Renaissance style castle by Jan Popel Lobkovicz - junior. In the years 1623 – 1945 it was a property of family Trauttmansdorff. Since 1945 the castle has been under state administration.

Svihov water castle
The late Gothic castle at Svihov deserves an extraordinary position among fortification complexes. Erected under the participation of architect Benedict Rejt in the place of a former stronghold at the turn of the 16th century, the core of this castle consists of two residential wings closing the inner courtyard.

Klatovy medieval town
A tour of the town is invigorated with a visit to the Baroque Pharmacy, ‘U Bílého jednorožce’ (At the White Unicorn). This unique exposition of the pharmacy of the time maps the development of this ‘trade’ from 1776 to 1966, when the pharmacy stopped being run as a business. DAY 5
Prachatice medieval town
Prachatice was founded at the turn of the 13th to the 14th centuries on an important commercial route, called the "Golden Trial" , which led from Bavaria to Bohemia, bringing prosperity to the town. This town at the foot of the Bohemian Forest ranks among the best-preserved urban complexes in this country, the historical centre has kept its Renaissance appearance inside the ring of the still existing fortifications. For this reason, the town was proclaimed an urban conservation area in 1981.

Vyssi Brod monastery
Monastery , national cultural monument , was founded by Vok Rozmberk in 1259. The oldest part of the monastery is today´s sacristy . The Cistercian order was invited to the original chapel whose members started to build St. Mary´s Church . The family tomb of Rozmberks is placed undreneath the presbytery . At present the church was returned to the Cistercian Order and the church with the gallery are accessible to the public

Rozmberk castle
The Rozmberk castle was founded in the first half of the 13th century. The castle was opened to the public in the middle of the 19th century as one of the first museums in Bohemia. From time of the first owners, the Rosenbergs, survived the Renaissance graffito decoration of the outside facades with beautiful painted decorations of the interiors.

Cesky Krumlov medieval town

Trebon medieval town
This is a UNESCO biosphere reserve due to the hundreds of ponds and creeks built here in the middle ages. In winter you can book a private tour of the castle. A combination with Cesky Krumlov, Hluboka, or the Budweiser brewery is available.

Jindrichuv Hradec castle and medieval town

In the 16th century the township went through an economical boom. All the houses on both squares underwent reconstruction, in the likenesses of which we see today.

Vranov chateau
The chateau was reconstructed from the old stronghold first mentioned in Kosmas Chronicle as early as around 1100 to the baroque chateau by the famous architect Jan Bernard Fischer from Erlach in the end of the 17th century. The interiors are all furnished in the classicism style.

Moravsky Krumlov ( Alfons Mucha )
It was mentioned first in 1227 . There is in the chateau ( from the years 1562-1568 ) the unique art axhibition - the work of Alfons Much . About 20 great paintings - Slavic Epos - in the sizes 6x4 metres and 6x8 metres , are incredible cycles of Slavic history , a half of them is dedicated to the Czech - i.e. Bohemian history .

Namest medieval town and castle
The small town of Namest Upon Oslava river lies in the pictoresque landscape on the lower reaches of the Oslava river, on the slopes of the Vysocina mountains. The town´s name is of Czech origin - it used to mark the place, where something had been gathered, piled up or deposited - sands, earth.It is an interesting fact that Archduke Franz Ferdinand d´Este left for Sarajevo from Namest estate where he was staying as a guest in 1914. The Namest chateau represents the outstanding monment and striking dominant feature of the town.
